Director - I embrace leading a cross-functional team. I thrive on creative problem-solving. And I want that big tingle in the big picture.

Designer - I have experience in branding, traditional and non-traditional advertising and experiential marketing. My heart flutters when someone mentions process and design thinking. And as much as I love leading and mentoring, I still want to get my hands dirty with the design work.
