When the hottest seats in Brooklyn are actually the coldest, you might start off a little confused!

The New York Islanders announced they were moving from Long Island to downtown Brooklyn to play in one of the most unique arenas in all of sports - Barclays Center. I worked with members of the Barclays Center digital team to design a microsite that would help educate die-hard fans and bandwagon Brooklynites about the team’s upcoming move. 

The goal (pun intended) was to alleviate the current fans’ anxiety of losing their home ice advantage and long-held traditions while still appealing to the cool (pun intended, again) expectations of new fans in Brooklyn and the premium luxury of the new arena.
