Novasculpt 9

NovaSculpt9 is a brand spanking new nutritional supplement carefully formulated with nine of the best all-natural compounds for weight loss. Aimed primarily at women, NovaSculpt9 strives to be a complete weight loss solution - with nine key ingredients to help metabolize fat, to increase energy and metabolic efficiency and to support healthy blood sugar levels. After a frustrating bout with crowdsourcing logo concepts, the NovaSculpt team came to me for guidance. By working closely with the proprietor to learn about the product and its benefits and the lifestyle he was looking to appeal to, we were able to create a unique new brand for the NovaSculpt9 supplement. Not only is it symbolic of the nine essential ingredients, its sleek look lends a sophistication and a touch of luxury to the nutrition shelves that can be jam-packed with overly loud, masculine and intense packaging.

This clean new brand feels feminine without being dainty and manages to elicit a pure and scientific vibe that you want to associate with something you put in your body (or is that just me?). As a start-up brand with very minimal resources, the NovaSculpt9 label has to work overtime to educate the consumer and to serve as instant marketing shelf appeal.  Its lux metallic ink and subtle spot varnish stands out while the design still boasts the effective benefits of the product. Not easy to do with the limited real estate of a vitamin bottle!

The NovaSculpt9 team truly valued the in-depth efforts and experience I applied as a designer looking to communicate a concept, rather than the crowd-sourced "contest" that aimed for trendy and ended up lackluster.
